Dr. Fred Davis’ BLAW 340 Notary Class recently completed their Notary Exam. The class pass rate has consistently exceeded the state pass rate. This fall’s class was no exception. 60% of Dr. Davis’ students who took the extremely difficult test passed. The state average is 20%.

Why Strategic Preparation Matters
Fred attended the state notary instructors meeting recently. Here is a direct quote from the folks who prepare the notary test:
“Candidates should not settle for the first correct answer in the list, but, rather, be sure that they have selected the best answer. Sometimes a distractor is correct as far as it goes, i.e., is partially correct, but is not inclusive with respect to the conception or concern presented in the item.”
